- RFQ Form (combined Synopsis/Solicitation) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is N00104-18-Q-X053 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Do NOT respond to this solicitation via FAX. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 January 2017. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect through DPN 20180824 effective 24 Aug 2018. The NMCARS provisions and clauses are those in effect through NMCARS Change 18-01 effective 21 May 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315990. This requirement does not contain a set-aside. This requirement is issued as a Full and Open opportunity. It is for Turnout Fire-Fighting Clothing that is NFPA 1971, Current Edition required. Please see the attached RFQ form that has complete details and instructions. The RFQ form must be completed in its entirety and submitted before the closing date/time of this RFQ to the e-mail address of the POC listed on the RFQ form.
