Additional Questions & Answers Is this RFQ for 1 year or 1 year plus 4 option years. Both are mentioned in RFQ. Answer: Base Plus 4 options How many gallons of Liquid Oxygen per month/year (estimate based of prior year)? Please change CLIN 0001 to reflect this. Answer: CLIN will remain the same. The end-user doesn t have this information readily available. Do you want the Delivery, hazmat, and telemetry charges included in the per gallon price. I would suggest creating new CLIN for them. Answer: All costs need to be included in the unit price. How many deliveries per year were made in the last year? Who is the incumbent for this requirement? Answer: Previously answered in Amendment 001 We request an extension until 9/28/2018. At this time, no extension will be granted. We need a contract in place by 1 October 2018.
