Description

Justification Solicitation Salient Characterists This is a Fort Leavenworth for four (4) commercial wash machines. This is a Brand Name requirement, for washing machines as outlined in the attached requirements documents. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to delivery these supplies. This solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The applicable NAICS code is 333318, Commercial and service industry machinery manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The required delivery date is 30 days ARO. The evaluation criteria used will be lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Questions are due no later COB on 20 September. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that they are registered in the System for Awards Management database, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM# and ensure that the applicable NAICS code 333318 is included in their profile prior to submission of proposals. Offers must also be registered in WAWF, https://wawf.eb.mil/. This is the platform that offers will submit their invoices to and payment will be processed from. No other means of invoicing is acceptable
