SPECIFICATIONS J&A - POLARX5S THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY KIRTLAND AFB IS SEEKING A SMALL BUSINESS INTEREST TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: Specifications GNSS Ionospheric Scintillation/TEC monitoring receivers AFRL/RVBXC requires 5 multi frequency GNSS scintillation and total electron content (TEC) monitoring receivers and antennas. The receivers (BRAND NAME ONLY Septentrio PolaRx5s): 1. Receive GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and IRNSS GNSS signals, and IRNSS GNSS signals. 2. Generate low noise scintillation and TEC measurements 3. Able to record raw data at a rate up to 100 Hz at two frequencies. 4. Capable of creating the following data formats: Ionospheric Scintillation Monitoring Record (ISMR), Septentrio Binary Format (SBF), and RINEX. The antennas (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO: VeraPhase 6000) need to: 1. Be sensitive at GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and IRNSS GNSS frequencies 2. Allow for at least two simultaneous frequencies 3. Have good multipath rejection 4. Have consistent performance across all frequencies 5. Have a broad range of tracking elevations 6. Be durable for deployment in harsh weather conditions.
