Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Utah City: Salt Lake City Delineated Area: At the point of beginning 4500 South and Brick Oven Way, go north on Brick Oven Way to East Central Avenue, go west on East Central Avenue to State Street, go north on State Street to 3900 South, go west on 3900 south to 700 east, go south on 700 east to 4500 South, go east on 4500 South back to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,000 Space Type: Clinical Space Parking Spaces Total: 24 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Salt Lake City, Utah that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
