- This notice serves to inform TSC III, Lot II awardees of the Government ™s intent to issue a modification to contract N61340-12-D-5204, Delivery Order 0004. The current delivery order is for a hardware and software upgrade to the dome visual system and avionics upgrade to the C-130 device 2F152. The device 2F152 avionics upgrade will include the NP2000 propeller system Aero-dynamic baseline model update. This order is being performed by J.F. Taylor, Inc. The effort associated with this notice is to incorporate the NP2000 propeller system Aero-dynamic baseline model into device 2F176. As the primary effort for this NP2000 propeller system update is occurring to the device 2F152, this modification effort is for the software integration of the baseline model update into the 2F176. As the preponderance of the effort will be completed on the 2F152 device, it is the best interest of the government to include the same software integration on the 2F176 device. Therefore, pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) the modification must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency as it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract. All interested parties may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the modification. Such inquiries will be considered by the agency.
