Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 intends to negotiate a sole source contract under FAR (FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A)), FAR 8.405-6(b)(3), Only One Source, Brand Name Only for the supplies listed below. The associated NAICS code for this is 334516. The vendor will be Advanced Instruments, Inc., 2 Technology Way, Norwood, MA 02062.
