Terms and conditions reps and certs Dear Supplier, SLAC has a requirement for a domestically sourced, brand name; Please provide SLAC with a written quotation for the items listed below: Every asset that is connected with the ViriCiti platform needs to be equipped with a DataHub. The DataHub is collecting, filtering and sending all the data to the ViriCiti server. 1. Qty 38 of Replacement of ViriCiti IVH's (old hardware) with DataHub (new hardware) 2. Installation 38 systems of work/system Please quote GSA or ICPT pricing if available. Source selection will be based upon the Low-priced technically acceptable method. Provide a price and lead time quotation with signed Representations & Certifications Rider and Certification Letter. Please provide published price list if avaliable. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. December 2016), are attached hereto and incorporated by reference. Payment Terms: N-30 if not indicated otherwise. Freight terms: FOB Destination Freight prepaid. Supplier is required to be registered in the System for Award Management database (SAM) www.sam.gov at the time of the response to this requirement.
