- RFQ 15B31718QTG330041 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution-Bennettsville, Bennettsville, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation 15B31718TG330041 for the requirement of: HUNTER VEHICLE LIFT/ALIGNMENT SYSTEM. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution-Bennettsvile, 696 Muckerman Road, Bennettsville, SC 29512. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 21, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or government purchase card. All invoices may be submitted via mail to 696 Muckerman Rd., Bennettsville, SC 29512. Invoices may also be forwarded to BEN/Accounting@bop.gov for payment. Each offeror is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included. All potential offerors are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-4 (June 2010) for commercial items. Offerors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. As of October 2012 all vendors participating shall be registered in the SAM website, www.sam.gov.
