- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Bell Boeing Joint Project Office of Amarillo, TX for the procurement of non-recurring engineering, material procurement, and the production necessary to build forty-six (46) Nacelle Wiring Harness Kits and assemble seven (7) Attaching Hardware Kits. This will be for a one-time replacement of existing CV-22 on-aircraft nacelle wiring. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
