- RFQ HQ042318R0065 Appeon Software Subscriptions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for the purchase of Appeon Software Subscriptions for Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for QTY: (44) - Powerbuilder and (44) InfoMaker subscriptions on or before 10/1/2018 This procurement is restricted to Appeon authorized partners (SHI International Corp, Softchoice, PC Connection, Inc., Insight Public Sector, Inc., And Zones, Inc.). Quotes from other sources will not be accepted. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided NAICS Code for this announcement is 511210. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: All quotes must be received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday September 24, 2018. Submit quotes via email: keith.a.kovacs.civ@mail.mil.
