Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Utah City: Price Delineated Area: At the point of beginning Interstate 6 and W 100 N (State Route 55) go east to N 300 East, go south on N 300 East to 6800 S Street, go southeast on 6800 S Street continuing onto E Main Street to 1000 S, go west on 1000 S continuing onto Interstate 6 back to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,850 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,850 Space Type: Clinical Space Parking Spaces Total: 8 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Price, Utah that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
