Description

RFQ-CSU-18-036A-RDJ CENTRAL MONITORS The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) - Crow Service Unit, is requesting quotes in response to RFQ-CSU-18-036A-RDJ for Nihon Kohden Central Monitor systems for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, MT. The Crow IHS will be awarding a fixed price delivery order as provided in the scope of work. The procurement is conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i) Unique supplies or services available from one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. The Crow Service Unit has two existing Nihon Koden central monitors and this request is to procure additional NK central monitors to complete the suite. This procurement is open all business concerns. Only new equipment with a one year manufactures warranty will be accepted, used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted. 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999)
