Description

Justification for Limited Competition Simplified Acquisition Statement of Work Material Equipment List The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Audio Dave, 77 Chapel Street, Newton, MA 02458, for the design, purchase, delivery and programming in its entirety, to upgrade an existing Savant audio/video distribution system. The purpose of this contract is to upgrade, purchase, delivery and programming in its entirety to upgrade an existing Savant audio/video distribution system. The intent is to replace the existing Savant HST-4502 with its replacement Savant SVR-5000S-00 unit and all its supporting components for proper function. This will also increase its capability to 4K standard The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
