9/21/2018 Notification of Award Subject: EQ10PCB-1-18-0047 ~ JFB LED Lighting Controls Project General Services Administration Region 10 is pleased to announce award of the JFB LED Lighting Controls Project to Hyperion, Inc. in the total task order value: $16,846.28. Award was made in accordance with the Solicitation Evaluation Criteria. --------------------------------------------------------- 9/6/18 - AMD001 posted to FBO. Correcting due date to 9/14/18, providing Q&A, and providing layout. ----------------------------------------------------------- The General Services Administration (GSA) is setting aside the contract under the following clause found in the Agreement: 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside DESCRIPTION OF WORK Contractor shall supply all supervision, equipment, labor and materials necessary to: The scope of this work includes the installation of lighting controls (i.e. occupancy sensors) in the basement of the Juneau Federal Building (JFB) such that the light fixtures in the designated areas operate when these spaces are occupied. When these areas are vacant, the light fixtures shall be off. This modification does not apply to egress lighting.
