Description

SF30 Amendment No. AMEND 003 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED AUGUST 15, 2018 GSA has a requirement for US Census Tenant Improvements (remodel of office space) in the New Anchorage, Alaska Federal Building The solicitation for this requirement will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website on approximately 9/5/2018. FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 36.204 The magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Questions concerning this solicitation should be sent via email to the Contracting Officer, amy.heusser@gsa.gov. End of Presolicitation Nobice SOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED SEPTEMBER 7, 2018 FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee is applicable FAR 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds Construction is applicable. Liquidated Damages are NOT applicable. A Site Visit is scheduled for September 18, 2018 at 8:30 AM, Alaska Time - see Solicitation document, pages 5-6 for information concerning attending the site visit. A Price Proposal and a Technical Proposal is required with offers. See pages 7-9 for proposal requirements.
