Description
This is a synopsis for noncommercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most recent Federal Acquisition Circular. This action is being processed on an Unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). NAICS Code: 335931. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5975. Required delivery is 12 weeks ARO. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. RFQ # N66604-18-Q-2856. NUWC Division Newport intends to procure Fifty (50) build-to-print Rubber Molded Cable Assembly in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings 77D616584(G1), 77D61658G1PL, 0051A0038, 0351A0010, 0081D0113, 77A118246,0351C0001, 0081C0117, 0351A0048, 0081C0118. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technically acceptable means (1) the items quoted meet the requirements in the drawings listed above, in the required quantities; and (2) the Government may consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within, Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Failure to propose all the required items will render your quote ineligible for award. The solicitation and any subsequent amendment will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS website. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments.
