Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA, has a requirement for a contractor to provide automatic door maintenance. The Contractor shall provide lodging for eligible beneficiaries to perform the service to fulfill the contract requirements. This is a Presolicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about September 21, 2018. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors, size standard of $15 Million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.gov) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prior to submitting a Quote. This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for pricing.
