Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. 36C24418Q9862 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 effective June 15, 2018 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112, size standard 1,000. This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Interested SDVOSB sources must be listed in https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ to be considered for Award. The Small Business Administration has approved an individual Non-Manufacturer Waiver request for this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated to the extent they can provide the items listed in the price schedule in Section B of the attached solicitation. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Authorized dealers: Only firms who are authorized dealers will be considered in addition to the original equipment manufacturer. A letter from the manufacturer stating your company is an authorized dealer for the line items must be in possession by the due date and be available for submission, if requested. Please provide a quote using the attached RFQ. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable. Responses must be emailed to CO, Ronald Kline at ronald.kline@va.gov by September 27, 2018 at 12:00 PM EST.
