Description

SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION; The New Hampshire National Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source purchase to FLIR, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This requirement is for the purchase of three FLIR DefendIR MS-UC 640 thermal camera to replace existing General Dynamics Long Range Thermal Imagers (LRTI). The sole-source to the OEM was determined based off solicitation W912TF-18-T-5039. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations (RFQ). Any other firms desiring consideration must fully identify their interest and capability to provide these services no later than 26 September 2018 to the individual listed below. A determination by the Government not to re-compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to a previous solicitation W912TF-T-5039, where only one offeror was received. A Sole-Source Justification shall be posted 14 days after contract award on FBO.gov. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing, to the Government point of contact below. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, 26 September 2018.
