Description

The Fargo VA Healthcare System (in regards to the Iowa City VA) anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to BioMerieux, for NAICS code # 334516, which applies to this procurement.    The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.    No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.    This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
