- Item Description Solicitation This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for 4 Quackenbush hand tools as a 100% small business set aside requirement. FOB destination is Tinker AFB, OK. No quotes can be accepted until the Solicitation has been posted. Once the solicitation is posted, make sure all quotes have applicable provisions and clauses appropriately completed. Please send in the actual solicitation (SF 1449) completed along with any other documentation to support your company's quote. Information stated should be legible. This is a Firm Fixed Price procurement, so please state the price on your quote as all inclusive ( i.e. shipping, taxes, fees, etc.). ________________ This is a solicitation notice for a procurement of 4 Quackenbush hand tools. This is a set aside 100% for a small business. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation. In order for a proposal to be considered complete, the following must be submitted: •· Standard Form 1449 (Solicitation) a. Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. b. Wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively. c. Insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times. d. Information entered in all "Fill-in" provisions and clauses, especially: FAR 52.209-1 FAR 52.212-3 (when applicable) FAR 52.225-18 •· Written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR 52.212-2. If information listed above is not provided, your proposal will not be evaluated or considered for award.
