Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Etegent Technologies LTD DBA SDL 5050 SECTION AVE STE 110 CINCINNATI OH 45212-2056, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) This requirement is for continuation of existing Nlign Application Software licensing for the ATE/Structural-Mechanical Analysis Laboratory at NAVAIR North Island. The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 1100AM PDT 27 September 2018 via email to Jose Gomez at jose.l.gomez1@navy.mil (619-556-5905). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. The attached Sole Source justification (Redacted) details the line items, quantities and rationale for sole sourcing this requirement.
