Pricing Spreadsheet for Self-Help Tarp FEMA is requesting a quote for 150,000 Tarps in response to the attached Statement of Work. The Tarps will be distributed to the Distribution Centers and elsewhere as needed. Please provide your approach for ensuring the commodities are delivered timely with the understanding of the Distribution Center(s) and Incident Support Base hours of operations.
