VAMC Hampton, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the purchase annual repair and maintenance service for their Sterrad Sterilization Systems. ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT: Unit STERRAD NX Serial Number 33102243 Unit STERRAD NX Serial Number 33130435 Unit ST100NX ALLCLEAR 1-DR DUO Serial Number 1047170366 This requirement is intended for award to: Advanced Sterilization Products Services, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 811219. Small business size standard: $20.5 MILLION. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 2 business days of publication (on/before September 28, 2018). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
