Description
Limited Source Justification Statement of Work Upgrade Monaco Fire Alarm System Alabama Air National Guard, Birmingham, AL The following items will be performed by certified Monaco technicians trained to operate and maintain Monaco fire alarm systems as part of this procurement. Requirements for the procurement are as follows: Provide and install one (1) D-21 Primary Server (S1) tower CPU at Bldg 125 Fire Station Includes Win10 operating system Propietary Monaco software licenses will be transferred to the new CPU’s Existing CPU’s will be decommissioned Provide and install one (1) D-21 Redundant Server (S2) tower CPU at Bldg 142 Security Forces Includes Win10 operating system Propietary Monaco software licenses will be transferred to the new CPU’s Existing CPU’s will be decommissioned Provide DIACAP-able upgrade for the following Monaco computer systems at AL ANG: D-21 Primary S1 at Bldg 125 Fire Station D-21 Redundant S2 at Bldg 142 Security Forces Provide a copy of the DIACAP-able scan results once the DISA STIG’s are applied for each server/workstation Provide and install two (2) DODIN approved 12 port managed switches, one at Bldg 125 Fire Station and (1) at Bldg 142 Security Forces Old managed switches removed and decommissioned Performing a backup of the database and providing to the base Perform evaluation of the D-21 system and make recommendations for upgrades or changes Test and verify the D-21 systems are synchronized Validate the system performance after installation Provide operator and administrator training by a certified Monaco training technician. At the conclusion of the project the certified Monaco contractor will provide forms, system drawings, and documentation to detail the work that has been completed. This will be verified by the Base Fire Chief or the Base Fire Marshall.
