- Item Description Combined Synopsis/Solicitation See attached for full Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the formats in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8125-18-R-0023 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333515. The size standard is 500. There is NO set-aside for small business. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of Taper-Lok Tooling.
