Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to make a single award for the provision of twenty five (25) Z-800 Set Based Anti-Free Flow Protection IV Infusion Pump and fifty (50) B2 Primary Set 105' 1 NF Y-Site Below Pump, Anti-Free Flow Clamp 'or equal'. IV pump shall be able to accommodate all IV fluid infusions, IV antibiotic infusions, Blood products administration, Chemotherapy IV drug administration, TPN and lipid infusion and SHALL NOT have smart technology capabilities or blue tooth capabilities due to the correctional environment. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 W. Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri. Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price related factors. This acquisition is unrestricted, FOB destination, firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be available on or about August 29, 2018, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Responsible parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is on or about September 5, 2018. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All offerors must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database may make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts.
