- General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, is being awarded a $22,483,141 Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-18-C-2101) for Engineering and Technical Design Effort to support Research and Development (R&D) Concept Formulation (CONFORM) for current and future submarine platforms.
