- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-18-R-0351 for Cryptographic Mo Modernization and Key Management Engineering Services. This is a follow-on requirement to two task orders with Nathan Kunes, Inc. The incumbent task order numbers are N00178-14-D-4849-7N01 and 7N02. A Draft Performance Work Statement is attached to this synopsis. SSC Pacific intends on awarding a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type contract from the prospective solicitation. The prospective contract will have a two-year base period with one three-year option period. The estimated level-of-effort for the total requirement is 364,800 labor hours. The NAICS code fo code for this procurement is 541512 with a size standard of $27.5 million. This proposed acquisition has security requirements at the Top Secret level with in incidental Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC Pacific - Open Solicitations. Any amendments amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. Matters posted on the web site are not terms of the solicitation unless the solicitation is written or a amended to include such matters.
