Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Madison Delineated Area: North Boundary: 10 mile radius from 1 Science Court, Madison, WI South Boundary: 10 mile radius from 1 Science Court, Madison, WI East Boundary: 10 mile radius from 1 Science Court, Madison, WI West Boundary: 10 mile radius from 1 Science Court, Madison, WI Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 40,500 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 30,000 Space Type: Outpatient Clinics & Medical Office Parking Spaces (Total): 180 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Occupancy Required By: 3/30/2020 (tentative) Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 180 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first-floor contiguous, but will consider non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant.
