- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Madison Delineated Area: North Boundary: 10 mile radius from 1 Science Court, Madison, WI South Boundary: 10 mile radius from 1 Science Court, Madison, WI East Boundary: 10 mile radius from 1 Science Court, Madison, WI West Boundary: 10 mile radius from 1 Science Court, Madison, WI Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 40,500 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 30,000 Space Type: Outpatient Clinics & Medical Office Parking Spaces (Total): 180 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Occupancy Required By: 3/30/2020 (tentative) Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 180 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first-floor contiguous, but will consider non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant. Offerors are responsible for any costs associated with providing proposals to the Government. VA is only gathering market research information at this point and will only consider proposals from owners, landlords, lessors, or their legal representatives when actual proposals/offers are sought via solicitation as a result of this market research.
