Nationwide ***THIS IS A MAKET SURVEY. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking interested sources that are capable of providing this requirement to procure the annual database subscriptions for the Honeywell Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning Systems Mark V (EGPWS). The EGPWS MK V Terrain database services are required for the Flight Program Operations aircraft fleet to include five (5) Lear Jets, six (6) Challengers, seventeen (17) King Air Beechcraft, one (1) Bombardier BD-700, and (1) Gulfstream G-IV for a total of 30 aircraft to receive database services. This request is a Single Source requirement to procure Honeywell ™s EGPWS MK V Terrain proprietary database services. ALL responses to this market survey are for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. At this time, the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, 8(a) certified firms, and all other business types and sizes, capable of providing specified data base subscriptions. SUBMITTALS: In order to make the determination, the FAA requires the following from interested vendors in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS): 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: Type of experience your firm has providing service. Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work. Questions or comments regarding the attached draft PWS. All responses to this market survey must be received by 5:00 PM CST, 10/05/2018. The FAA prefers that all submittals, including attachments, be submitted electronically to Michele.D.Mustin@faa.gov.
