- Solicitation is for NSN 6340-01-670-4814, the following information applies to the NSN: NSN Delivery Quantity Days 6340-01-670-4814____405______---113 NSN 6340-01-670-4814, PANEL ARMOR; This item is used on the multiple items and will be in accordance with IAW Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. CAGE 3U457, PART PIECE NUMBER: 5081-070-0010-00. A technical data package is not available for this NSN. Inspection/Acceptance is at destination with FOB Origin. This procurement is unrestricted. This NSN is not critical safety items and is not commercial. This is a tactical buy for a firm fixed quantity. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date on or about October 16, 2018, under solicitation SPE4A6-19-R-0015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
