Description

Weekly Bread Delivery Bread deliveries are normally Monday except holidays. Bread deliveries will be accepted between the hours of 0730 and 1200. Bread must be delivered on plastic racks or single layer disposable cardboard boxes. Bread must be fresh, no frozen bread. Replacement items are not authorized without prior approval from designated food service representative. Required bread listed below: (Will be ordered weekly as needed) BAGELS, BLUEBERRY 6/PK BAGELS, CINNAMON & RAISINS, 6/PK BAGELS, ONION 6/PK BAGELS, PLAIN 6/PK MUFFIN, ENGLISH PLAIN 6/PK MUFFIN, ENGLISH 100% WHOLE WHEAT 6/PK ROLLS, HAMBURGER 4 INCHES, WHITE WITH SESAME SEEDS, SLICED 12/PK ROLLS, HAMBURGER, 100% WHOLE WHEAT, SLICED 12/PK ROLLS, DINNER, WHITE, CLASSIC 12/PK ROLLS, FRANKFURTER, WHITE 12/PK ROLLS, HOAGIES/SUBMARINE WITH SESAME SEEDS, SLICED 6/PK BREAD, WHITE, PULLMAN LOAF BREAD, FRENCH, SLICED, LOAF 16oz. BREAD, RYE, MARBLED, LOAF, 18 SLICES 32oz. BREAD, WHEAT, PULLMAN, LOAF The proposed contract action is for three months based year (Oct 1, 2018. - Dec. 31, 2018) Plus Three (3) Option years for delivery of fresh bread to be made to Naval Hospital Bremerton, One Boone Road, Bremerton WA 98312-1898. The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 and exercise the first Option year January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 311812. This procurement will be solicited unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit a quotation. The government will only consider firm fix price quotations. Bread order will be placed each week No Later Than Thursday for Monday delivery the following week excluding Federal Holidays (then delivery will be Tuesday). No frozen bread will be accepted. Offers due by Monday, October 1, 2018, 11:00am, Pacific via email to the Point of Contact, Lualhati Garcia at Lualhati.n.garcia.civ@mail.mil. No fax or telephonic inquiries will be accepted.
