This proposed action is for Emergency Deluxe Office Kits for the Spokane VA Medical Center, 40 each. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127 (c) as implemented by VAAR819.7007.
