- UPDATED The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to award two five (5) year single award IDIQ Cost Plus Fixed Fee contracts for the AIR 6.8 Corporate Business Office (CBO) / AIR 6.0 Logistics Acquisition Cell. One IDIQ contract will be utilized to procure the requirements of: Acquisition Management, Acquisition Planning and Acquisition Execution, Administration, Program Management, Acquisition Systems Engineering, and Financial Management. It is anticipated that this procurement will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541611. The small business size standard is $15M. The NAICS code is subject to change. The other IDIQ will be utilized to procure the requirements of: Systems Engineering, Process Automation/Help Desk/Security/Share Point/.net Administration, Software Development and Support Services. It is anticipated that the second procurement will be solicited under NAICS code 541511. The small business size standard is $27.5M. The NAICS code is subject to change. Market research is being performed to determine the appropriate type of competition. Any sources sought performed as part of market research will be posted to FBO. These are follow-on requirements that are currently satisfied under contract number W15QKN-15-D-0007. The Government is not requesting any specific responses to this notice. However, companies may provide any feedback (such as in regards to the NAICS) to Jenny Hanson at Jennifer.hanson@navy.mil. The Government anticipates that these RFPs will be released late-October 2018. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the fbo.gov website.
