Description

The VA Palo Alto Health Care System s new community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) to be located in San Jose, CA intends to issue RFQ 36C25218Q9703 to procure ergonomic support services. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 561990. Please see RFQ document 36C25218Q9703 for requirements. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C25218Q9703. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 10:00am Eastern Time, October 4th.
