Description

FAR Part 6 Justification and Approval for Other than The Fabrication, Integration, Fielding Facility (FIFF) which is an activity within the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Communications, Electronics Research Development Engineering Center (CERDEC), Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), requests a cost reimbursement modification to contract W15P7T-10-D-D413 Task Order KY13 with CACI Technologies Inc., 14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151-2218. The Government projects award for the end of September 2018 and fiscal year (FY) 2018 and 2019 funds will be used to fund the requested extension. Fund types include Procurement, Operations and Maintenance, RDT&E, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The proposed modification is to extend the overall Period of Performance (PoP) by an additional six (6) months. This extension is valued at $5,500,000.00. This modification will be executed using the authority of FAR 52.217-8 entitled "Option to Extend Services." The proposed Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost only action will increase the value of the overall Task Order from $78,037,866.00 by $5,500,000.00 to $83,537,866.00 and will establish a six month period of performance in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
