- 1.This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 336212 Truck Trailer Manufacturing. 2.The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest price while meeting the requirements. 3.This acquisition is for the purchase of: CLIN 0001: Semitrailer 20t Quantity: 1 each Delivery is to NAVFAC Far East, Transportation, Misawa, Japan within 180 calendar days from award date. CLIN 0002: Semitrailer Van Quantity: 1 each Delivery is to NAVFAC Far East, Transportation, Atsugi, Japan within 180 calendar days from award date. CLIN 0003: Loader Skid Steering Quantity: 1 each Delivery is to NAVFAC Far East, Transportation, Atsugi, Japan within 120 calendar days from award date. CLIN 0004: Aerial Platform Quantity: 1 each Delivery is to NAVFAC Far East, Transportation, Atsugi, Japan within 180 calendar days from award date. 4.Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from Asia Navy Electronic Commerce Online (AsiaNECO) at https://asia.neco.navy.mil or Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov when it becomes available. 5.Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offeror ™s responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website https://asia.neco.navy.mil. 6.Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM and must have active Representations and Certifications in SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
