- CAVAF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS DD2875 DD1653 PACKAGING AFMC 158 PACKAGING WAGE GRADE SIMMONDS WAGE GRADE L3 AVIATION CDRLS PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY SOLICITATION This action is to obtain a firm-fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of purchasing repair of: Noun: Data Transfer Unit NSN 7025-01-658-0455GC (Master) Part Number: 30192-0501 Noun: Data Transfer Unit NSN 7025-01-481-7741GC Part Number: 30192-0201 Noun: Control Display Unit (CDU) NSN 1680-01-533-8587GC Part Number: 10150-0204 These assets are components of the IVHMS. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four annual options periods.
