- The Government is Seeking 450 square feet of office and related space in Sarasota, FL within the following delineated area: North: State Road 70, South: State Road 72, East: I-75, West: US Highway 301. Offered space cannot be collocated in the same building as Immigration Customs Enforcement, US Marshall Service or any agency tasked with enforcement of immigration and deportation laws. Must be one contiguous block. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in 100 year flood plain.
