- Revised Scope of Work 10-3-2018 This requirement is for lodging and conference space rental in support of a New York Army National Guard Post-Deployment Yellow Ribbon event. We are currently seeking quotes for lodging and conference space for the eekend of 19 October 2018-21 October 2018. Due to the nature of this event, we ask that potential vendors be limited to within a 50 mile radius of the New York National Guard Armory located on: 42 Patriot Way, Rochester, NY 14624. A total of 130 rooms are needed (Please see page 8 of the performance work statement for a detailed breakdown of room type/quantity/ days requested, and payment type). We are also looking for conference space to host 450 people. For more details, please see the scope of work attached. Pease note the service contract act applies to this requirement and contractor manpower reporting also applies. The applicable wage determination is based upon vendor's location. It is requested that prospective vendors complete the pricing breakdown on page 8-9 of the performance work statement. In addition to price quote, vendors are requested to submit a layout of conference space proposed along with a room details on page 9 of the performance work statement. All prospective vendors must have a valid SAM registration. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Contractor Manpower Reporting is also a requirement, if there is no additional charge, please note (no charge) in the proposal). Offers will be evaluated based upon price and the vendor's ability to meet the minimum specifications identified in the Scope of Work.
