Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Limited Source contract to Professional Systems Associates, Inc. (PSA)in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) The proposed contract action is Limited Source only. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. The attached Limited Source justification details the line items, quantities and rational for limited sourcing this requirement.
