- FA852618Q0147 This requirement is for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with one basic year plus three options years for ADPTR, Puller-GRBox Seal Face Rotating Ring; NSN: 5120-01-260-3721; Part Number: PWA80157. The basic period includes First Article Unit (1 EA), Production Unit (1 EA), Test Plan (1 EA), and Test Report (1 EA). The three one year options are based on quantity range of 1-2 each. The Puller-GRBox Seal Face Rotating Ring Adapter facilitates the installation and removal of the Gearbox integrated drive generator system seal face rotating ring. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with interested parties. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFI. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFI. We anticipated release of the RFI on or around 28 August 2018 with an estimated response date of 19 September 2018. The RFI and all attachments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/).
