- Solicitation See attached solicitation for more information. ***************************************************************** The USDA Forest Service Incident Support Branch, Acquisition Management, has a requirement for the rental of facilities in the Southeastern United States at which to deliver satellite Wildland Firefighter Apprenticeship Program (WFAP) academy sessions. The WFAP requires a facility(ies) that can provide lodging, meals, classrooms and has ready access to publicly accessible forests within 90 minutes of an airport. The government anticipates a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation. The basic contract period of performance shall be one year from the date of award plus 4 one year option periods, if exercised. A solicitation and related documents will be available for download at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about September 7, 2018. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site.
