This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing Community Nursing Home Services to beneficiaries of the John D. Dingell VAMC located at 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201. Firm Fixed price, IDIQ contract for up to 10 beds daily. Period of Performance: Two (2) One-year ordering periods, December 1, 2018 to November 30, 2020. Facility shall be located in Macomb or Oakland Counties, State of Michigan, USA. If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought by October 20, 2018; 4:30 pm (Eastern).
