- CLIN Table This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA8224-19-R-AUTOCRIB and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote(RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS code 333318 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000. Simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 are being used for this requirement. The below table identifies Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), Part Number, Description, and required quantity of AutoCrib machines being acquired.
