This information is for solicitation SPE1C1-18-R-0155, for the purchase of the Army, JROTC, Jacket (Windbreaker). This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with the following information: Item: Army, JROTC, Jacket (Black Windbreaker) NSN Series: 8405-01-447-7188 Quantity: 23,220 (AEQ) Maximum Quantity: 145,140 Minimum Quantity: 5,808 This item is being purchased in accordance with specification JD-01, pattern date June 3, 2004. The solicitation, when issued, will state the required quantity of PDMs and which size(s) of demonstration model(s) are required. The lead time for this contract is 120 days for initial order, with 90 days for subsequent orders. The destination for this item is: SC0150 LVI - Army 3PL Pendergrass Distribution Center 596 Bonnie Valentine Way - DOOR 20-23 Pendergrass, GA 30567 Items will be procured on the basis of FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Special measurements will be procured on the basis of FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This solicitation will be for a single one-year base term, with the potential for four one-year option terms. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set aside procurement and will result in a firm fixed price contract. Evaluation shall occur on a Best Value basis, with the following non-price evaluation factors. These factors are considered more important then price.
