- Attachment 2 Vendor Checklist Attachment 1 - Business Data Form Complete RFI document including the RFI purpose, background, synopsis as well as response instructions, dates and deadlines This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation or request for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or reimburse respondents for any costs associated with responding to this notice. The Government will treat each response submitted in confidence. The National Park Service (NPS), on behalf of the United States Department of the Interior (DOI or Department), is seeking information from vendors doing business in North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing; 518210 Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services; 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services or 541512 Computer Systems Design Services. This request is issued for the purpose of conducting market research to: 1) identify vendors having an interest in, and the resources to support, an integrated, enterprise, end-to-end, turn-key, cloud-based Body Worn Camera (BWC), In-Vehicle Camera (IVC) and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS); 2) assist DOI in refining its requirements and acquisition strategy; and 3) receive information and feedback on vendor capabilities and mandatory elements of the requirement as described in this RFI. The NPS may engage Vendors that respond to this RFI by seeking further information about capabilities and pricing. See the attached complete RFI document and attachments 1 and 2 for further information. Vendors may submit questions in accordance with the instructions in the complete RFI document.
