- 10/09/2018 Solicitation THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE UTILIZING FAR PART 15 SOURCE SELECTION PROCEDURES THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220 ESTIMATED COST RANGE OF PROJECT: $10,000,000 - $25,000,000 Solicitation is for the construction of Crash/Fire Rescue Station, Tyndall AFB, Florida. The 3,188 SM (34,315 SF) two-story facility shall be constructed utilizing economical design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility. Project includes a primary facility (crash/fire rescue station) manned by 78 personnel and capable of housing a full accompaniment of fifteen (15) fire-fighting vehicles with multiple drive-thru stalls/bays. The facility will also provide space for maintenance, administration, physical fitness, training, and living quarters for fire fighters as described within the scope of work.
